CrowdStrike Named As a Great Place To Work in India™

CrowdStrike,a global leader in cloud-delivered protection of endpoints, cloud workloads, identity, and data, has been recognised on India's 50 Great Mid-Size Workplaces list as one of India’s Best Workplaces in the 2022 Great Place To Work program *ranking at number 9 in the list this year. CrowdStrike received the award at the Awards Ceremony hosted at the Taj Santacruz in Mumbai, attended by representatives of all the top 75 companies across the various categories.

All organisations nominated for the Great Place to Work program underwent a rigorous two part assessment. First, the quality of employee experience is measured through a globally validated survey instrument known as Trust Index© gathering anonymous feedback from employees. Secondly, a proprietary tool known as a Culture Audit© evaluates the quality of people practices of an organization, covering the entire employee life cycle.

CrowdStrike received an 85% employee response rate with an impressive Trust Index Score of 89 ranking highly in all five dimensions surveyed including
