Mumbai, May 2023: Bombay Baking Company, Mumbai’s favorite patisserie-deli at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu presents an exciting collaboration with Kiki & Pastor, a renowned taqueria in Mumbai, for a special pop-up from 22^nd to 31^st May, 2023. 

The collaboration promises to bring together the fiery essence of Mexican cuisine with the expertise of Kiki & Pastor and the vibrant flavors of Bombay Baking Company, offering an exciting experience. Kiki and Pastor’s brand name itself is a blend of colloquial terms used by African and Mexican communities that symbolizes the essence of friends gathering over outstanding food - this perfectly aligns with their mission to provide an authentic and fun Mexican experience through their events and culinary pop-ups. 

Refresh your palate as you catch-up with your loved ones, and indulge in a hearty and wholesome meal. The menu includes Mexican delights such as Chicken Carnitas Loaded Nachos, Lamb Barbacoa Poquito Quesadillas, Fish Asada Taco and in addition, Kartikeya Ratan, Chef & Co-founder at Kiki & Pastor adds her own modern interpretations to the menu such as Sweet Potato and Avocado Taco, Seafood Aguachile Roja with Mango Chilli Salsa, Avocado Tartare with Mango Chilli Salsa and more.
