Cypher, India’s Largest AI Summit, is Analytics India Magazine’s (AIM) flagship conference. The sixth edition of the conference will offer attendees an immersive experience with thought leadership, knowledge sessions, and workshops over three days. Attendees will get to network with the nation's top experts on AI, analytics, data science, and tech.

On September 22, Apathotharanan and Thakurani will co-deliver a keynote session at 03:00 p.m. (IST) titled "How AI is transforming CX in a cookie-less world". Through the rise of digital commerce, marketers and advertisers have relied heavily on third-party cookies to target audiences online. But with plans in place to phase-out third-party cookies by the end of 2024, it is important to develop and adopt identity-based solutions.

In their keynote, Apathotharanan and Thakurani will deep dive into Merkle’s innovative AI-enabled enterprise identity solution which helps brands create unique customer IDs and map customer journeys using first-party data. They will demonstrate how to enable more contextual and personalized customer experiences in a cookie-less world.

“We are delighted to be a part of this conference and help businesses and brands replace cookie-based IDs with new identity and people-based data sources. Platforms like Cypher offer an opportunity to interact and exchange ideas with experts in the analytics industry. It’s great to have some of our top minds at Merkle leading the discussion on transforming CX in a cookie-less world,” says Navin Dhananjaya, chief solutions officer, Ugam, a Merkle company. On September 21, Sai Kumar, vice president, recruitment at Merkle will also join a panel discussion at 01:00 p.m. (IST) on “Developing talent at the intersection of domain & data analytics.” Merkle looks forward to engaging data scientists, AI experts, and business leaders at the Merkle booth over the 3-day conference.
