On Wednesday, TVS Motor and Amazon India announced their collaboration.

A fleet of TVS electric two- and three-wheelers will be used for last-mile deliveries by Amazon as part of this cooperation.

The two firms said in a joint statement that they will work together to examine EV use cases for various Amazon business divisions to meet network and logistical needs.

"We are happy to collaborate with Amazon India, which marks a big milestone in our journey, and contribute to our joint goals of electrifying their mobility services," TVS Motor Company Future Mobility Senior Vice President Manu Saxena said.

According to Abhinav Singh, Director-Customer Fulfilment, Supply Chain, and Global Specialty Fulfilment for Amazon India, they  are steadfast in their commitment to transforming their transportation network to serve the  customers more sustainably, and electric mobility is a significant part of their business operations.

The two businesses will also collaborate to look at EV use cases for different Amazon business units for its network and logistics needs. The two businesses will test TVS Motors’ electric car solutions through their partner network and delivery partners all across India.
