His culinary prowess was acknowledged when he clinched the title of Best Kitchen Manager at the FHT Salon Culinaire Challenge, a testament to his innovative and skillful approach to the art of cooking. Chef Wisnu's culinary philosophy revolves around the use of the freshest, locally procured ingredients, resulting in dishes that harmoniously fuse timeless recipes with a contemporary and modern flair.

The culinary masterminds at Lotus Cafe along with Chef Wisnu have curated a bespoke menu complementing the spirit of Indonesia. Guests can choose from an array of dishes such as Lamb Martabak ( curried minced lamb & vegetables in crispy roti)Sambal Be Tongkol - (marinated grilled tuna salad with shallot and lemongrass), Gado-gado - (Steamed vegetables salad with peanut dressing and sweet soy sauces), Rendang Ayam - (Sumatran style braised chicken in coconut milk and spices), Sate Kambing Marangi (Ginger and coriander spiced lamb skewer with vegetable  pickle and peanut sauces), Babi Panggang Sambal Matah – (Soy glazed grilled pork spareribs with shallot & lemongrass salsa).
