Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) has endorsed a five-year partnership with Automation Anywhere, a global player in robotic process automation (RPA), to hasten and scale Automation to accelerate the innovation across its 30,000-strong employee organization.
During the first stage of a five-year plan, IOCL has automated preferred key processes across departments, including finance, human resources, and inventory, employing Automation 360, an AI-powered RPA platform, Automation Anywhere announced.
IOCL declared its general revelation is to enhance operating coordination, connect diverse systems, and enable employees to work more efficiently. IOCL will also create solutions to help the employees move away from tactical and ordinary repetitive tasks and eventually deliver more compelling products to market.
