The restaurant known for its elaborate brunch and melange of global and local cuisines is excited to put together another perfect themed Sunday brunch on 16th April, 2023.

The culinary team, led by Executive Chef Dane Fernandes has curated a delectable selection showcasing the bountiful harvest of the season and the freshest of ingredients. Guests can indulge in a range of dishes such as Asparagus Burrata, Soy Burnt Oyster Mushroom, Roasted Pumpkin Wedges, Harvest Millet Khichdi, Chicken Ala Kiev in Tarragon Sauce and Garlic Parmesan baked Butter Squash amongst others. Each dish is carefully crafted using fresh, seasonal produce celebrating the harvest.

For the Harvest Buddha Bowl, the talented chefs have curated a wholesome and nutritious bowl that includes proteins such as Sous Vide Chicken Breast, Butter Garlic Prawns and Maple Grilled Tofu. Fresh ingredients include Carrot Puree Foam, Fresh Tossed Broccolini, Confit Grapes, Togarashi Spiced Chickpeas and Barley. The bowl is finished with a Creamy Cashew Apple Cider Dressing that ties all the flavours together. Lastly, for a refreshing and unique desert, patrons can indulge in Ice Apple Tataki, featuring Ice Apple with Shibani Sauce, Togarashi Sauce, Orange Lemongrass Syrup and Burnt Garlic Oil, finished with Dehydrated Miso Chestnut.
