Named after the world’s most precious spice, Saffron is renowned for serving handcrafted reimagined flavors from the Indian subcontinent. Continuing this legacy forward, Saffron presents an exclusive menu specially curated with a myriad of flavorful preparations. With a modern take on authentic delights, this menu offers a range of unique saffron delicacies for guests to relish on.

The special menu features appetizers such as Malai Roll (Cottage cheese, spinach, amaranthus, saffron sauce), Bharwan Mirch (Bhuna rajma kheech, bhawnagri mirch) and Kong Kokur Kalmi (Saffron, whole spices, stuffed thigh, rose petal jam) amongst others. Guests can savour on signature delicacies like Nadru Shalgam Jhol (Lotus stem, milk and saffron), Gucchi aur Singhade ka korma (Morels, water chestnut, byadagi chilly) and Quail Mussallam (Stuffed quail, cashew gravy) along with a range of saffron infused breads and rice delicacies. Round off this heartfelt meal with desserts such as Baklava (saffron and pistachio baklava) and Kale Gajar ka Halwa, Kear Cannoli (Black carrot halwa, lacccha rabdi).
