Guests can select from an array of indulgent dishes such as Classic German Potato Salad with a choice of with or without Bacon and Chorizo, Maultaschen (Poached Chicken Dumplings in broth), Braised Sticky Baby Pork Ribs, Chicken Schnitzel (Cucumber, Potato Salad with Cherry Tomatoes) , Sailors Sweethearts ( Fresh Tilapia, Mushroom, Sauerkraut, Dill and Caper Butter Sauce, Pork Nuremberg Sausages, Chicken Sage Onion Sausage and Pork Meatloaf with Black Pepper amongst others.
