Shaped by a myriad influences from its neighboring Southeast Asian cultures, Sri Lankan cuisine boasts an exotic blend of spices and curry concoctions. Chef Moraliya Arachchige Prashan Kumara from Sheraton Kosgoda Turtle Beach Resort and Chef Chanaka Denuwan from Weligama Marriott Resort & Spa, along with the culinary team of Lotus Café are all set to transport guests to the sandy shores of the tropical paradise. The food festival will offer a wide display of authentic Sri Lankan dishes, showcasing the rich heritage of the culinary gem.
