Inspired by the multicultural and diverse cuisine of Italy, Chef Dane brings to patrons a menu inspired by his travels and research on the cuisines from various regions of Italy. 

Chef Dane and his team have curated a menu featuring traditional and modern delicacies using rich, robust flavors and renowned ingredients such as pecorino cheese, muscatel grapes, olive oil, truffles, cipollini onion that adds the sweet notes to dishes. With this menu Chef Dane shares culinary marvels from his memorable Italian journey with unique delicacies other than the usual pizzas and pastas. The dishes are an amalgamation of modern and traditional techniques to create an inspiring menu bringing together the essence of Italian food in a contemporary setting. 

Experience culinary brilliance through our unique five course menu featuring recipes inspired by the multicultural and ever-evolving cuisine of Italy to create memorable and unique dishes such as  Tartare Di Avocado E Pomodoro ( Avocado Tartare, Muscatel Grapes And Tomato Confit, Goat Cheese And Truffle Mousse), Zuppa Di Cipollini (White Onion Cream, leek essential oil, pesto croutons), Branzino Al Forno (Seabass, green peas puree, Lobster and chilly foam), Costolette Di Agnello Alla Brace Con Salsa Verde  ( New Zealand lamb chops, Pickle Beetroot Silk),  Celeriac Parmigiana  ( Tomato Pecorino Fondue, Crème Fraiche). End your meal on a sweet note with Mango Limoncello (Mint & Limoncello Jelly, Mango Ganache, Mango Cream Cheese Mousse, Coffee Soil).
