Woods At Sasan celebrates Sattvic diet- the practice of eating simple, organic, and seasonal food with SOM, the wellbeing chapter by 1000 Island Hotels & Resorts. Through a range of time-honoured, evidence-based Eastern philosophies such as Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga, Meditation, Sound healing, and Tai Chi, SOM Wellbeing promotes new paths toward sustainable wellbeing.

With a focus on exploring inner child, Woods At Sasan has curated a holistic experience that includes an immersive Sound Healing session featuring Tibetan Singing Bowls guided by the retreat wellbeing expert- Balachandra who uses holistic healing techniques that enhances instinctive awareness. Followed by an Art Immersion session and a wholesome culinary experience with Chef Haresh’s specially crafted, perfectly portioned, and balanced meal where guests can savour Mango-Millet Sattvic Breakfast featuring Herbal Quenchers ( Mango-basil quencher, Ajwain, cinnamon, honey and lemon water),  Mango Basil Tea Cake (With Fresh Makhan & Homemade Apple & Date Jam), Peanut Moringa Sorghum Meal (Served with Nylon Sev & Lemon Wedges) and concluding the experience on a sweet note with Mango & Pearl Millet Coconut Pudding.
