FLAME University conferred a ‘Diamond’ and ‘Platinum’ rating from QS I-GAUGE

FLAME has received an overall ‘Diamond’ rating for its excellence from QS I-GAUGE and also ‘Platinum’ in Teaching and Learning in criteria-wise ratings

Pune, India - 5th January 2023: A pioneer of liberal education in India, FLAME University has recently been awarded an overall ‘Diamond’ rating in recognition of its excellence in several parameters as an outstanding university by QS I-GAUGE. Furthermore, in criteria-based ratings, the university received the highest rating—"Platinum" in Teaching and Learning. The university also secured a Diamond rating in Faculty Quality, Facilities, Diversity & Accessibility and Research and Academic Development.

QS I-GAUGE has awarded these top-grade ratings to FLAME University through meticulous and independent data collection and analysis against performance metrics as set out in the methodology.

QS I-GAUGE is a nationwide higher education rating system for universities and colleges in India, consisting of six core criteria and eight advanced criteria, ranging from Teaching and Learning, to Research and Innovation. The rating offers academic institutions a roadmap to effectively benchmark their performance with reference to key indicators and further establish developmental strategies for improving their educational services. Each rating granted by QS I-GAUGE is strictly supervised and monitored by the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Intelligence Unit in the UK, which ensures the quality, independence, comprehensiveness, and integrity of the ratings, leading to global recognition.

QS I-GAUGE has formed its subject ratings methodology for Indian institutions bearing a long-term objective in mind, where institutions are assessed based on how particular subjects are taught in order to fulfill the present market trend. This rating system, which is specifically curated for India, enables students, parents, and a diverse set of stakeholders to understand the areas an institution is good at and the areas on which it needs to work on.
