From the vibrant streets of Xi’an, China, comes an exquisite fusion of Chinese and Middle Eastern flavors, curated especially for Mumbai’s discerning food lovers.

From fables of its terracotta warriors to its variety of street foods, the city of Xi’an is renowned for its rich heritage and to celebrate its vibrant cuisine, Dashanzi is offering a special Xi’an menu consisting of tantalizing small plates, known as xiaochi in Chinese. Guests can expect a symphony of flavors that blend traditional Chinese ingredients with Middle Eastern spices, resulting in a harmonious fusion of tastes. 

The menu boasts an array of small plates such as Suan Tang Jiaozi (traditional Chinese dumplings), Baozi (pan-fried buns), Rao Jia Mo (Xi’an street style burger), Xi’an Meat Skewers, Biang Biang Mian noodles amongst others.

To complement the delectable dishes, guests can also pair an exclusive selection of Roku gin cocktails. Each cocktail is expertly crafted using Roku gin, infusing it with the flavors of the Orient. Sip on refreshing concoctions like Yuzu Derby, Roku & Tonic, Roku Bees Knees, Shin-Ryoku, Roku Negroni and Roku Orchard Martinez perfectly paired with the Xi’an menu for an elevated dining experience.
