Started in 2006 at Bangalore, India, Multitek Auto Parts (MAP) specialises in design and development of tools, injection moulding, aluminium die casting, surface finishing such as powder coating and painting, rubber moulded components, sheet metal components and printing. After a humble beginning with just 2 machines, the company has grown steadily over the years with 8 machines and a new facility. Today, we have a modern facility of injection molding with dedicated tool room, well equipped to handle tool maintenance and production. The facility is TUV certified with ISO 9001-2015 accreditation. MAP caters to domestic markets and exports UPS enclosures to European and Asian regions.
The company turnover is increased considerably from 1.5 lakhs/month to 1.5 Cr/month. The business is expanded from domestic market to export market to countries like USA, Europe and Asia.

LEADERSHIP
- Multitek Auto Parts (MAP) was incorporated by Mr. Nagabhushana Aithal an Engineer with decades of experience in tool design development and injection moulding. He has a vast knowledge of tooling and injection moulding and worked with corporates before starting this venture.

Our team of qualified and experienced designers, engineers and technicians are making precision plastic injection moulds and components. Strong quality assurance team are ensuring quality in every area to achieve 100 % customer satisfaction. OUR SOLUTIONS
TOOL DEVELOPMENT - We are associated with ISO certified reputed tool room partners tried and tested over the past decade who are well-equipped tool room machines (Conventional as well as CNC machines) for manufacturing of precision injection moulds and pressure die cast moulds & rubber mould making process, considering to different segment of industry like engineering, automotive, Ems, consumer electronics and health care industry.
PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING - Our injection moulding facility is spread over a 20000 sft state of the art facility. We are experienced in handling several raw materials like ABS, PC, PP, Delrin, Nylon, LDPE, PMMA to name a few. Our injection moulding shop is equipped with machines from 15 T to 320 tons and we can handle parts with 2 gms TO 1100 gms or 0.0044 lbs. to 2.42 lbs.
ALUMINIUM CASTING – Our secondary services include Aluminium pressure die casted components. Our casting vendors are equipped with superior quality PDC facility to produce, finish and machine aluminium die cast components to meet a wide range of customer specifications.
POWDER COATING – Multitek Auto parts offers premium quality powder coating through their sister concern. They support the powder coating service for all types of fabricated, manufactured metal and aluminium products.
PRINTING – We also offer our customers printing services on plastic and metal parts. We have in-house screen printing & pad printing services.
PAINTING – As a secondary surface finishing, Multitek offers painting service for various kinds of plastic components. We have the ability to provide wide range of colour as per the RAL code and ability to match any kind of surface finish from high glossy to textured (matt) finishing as per the client specification and applications.
SHEET METAL – In addition to our moulding capabilities, Multitek Auto Parts caters to value added services like development and supply of sheet metal components, pressings, laser cutting and punching process.
RUBBER COMPONENTS - Multitek offers customers wide range of rubber moulded components & extruded parts. We have the ability to use all the common rubber polymers and a few very specialized rubber materials produced in high quality rubber material like FKM, EPDM, PU, NATURAL, NITRILE RUBBER.
