In celebration of this tradition, Lotus Cafe is pleased to introduce the Classic Parsi Bhonu menu, an opulent spread that captures the essence of Parsi way of life.  Chef Jamsheed Khusrowshahi, hailing from the heart of Mumbai, brings a wealth of expertise and a deep connection to his roots to craft an unforgettable culinary experience. He has drawn inspiration from his many visits to the revered town of Udvada in Gujarat. 

The highlights of the spread include the tender Jardalu Sali Boti, adorned with the sweetness of apricots and crowned with the iconic Sali (crispy potato straws). Experience the delicate harmony of flavors in the Patrani Machhi, where fish is marinated in fragrant herbs and spices before being artfully steamed in banana leaves.
